چکیده
In the current study, in order to change the permeability of cell membrane and solve the problem of linked group of fungi mycelium, the method of adjusting osmotic pressure of medium and adding tween-80 was established. The utilized strain with relatively high exopolysaccharide (EPS) yield and low pigment level was obtained after the rejuvenation and sifting of long-preserved Aureobasidium pullulans strain. The optimal proportion of substrate was determined by means of orthogonal test. The transformation ratio of EPS was increased by 10% 20% and the pigment content was greatly reduced. The fermenting liquor is between creamy white and pale yellow, and the white primary product can be gained without decolourization step. Furthermore, to magnify to 5 L bioreactor can get the similar result.

Efficient production of pullulan by Aureobasidium pullulans grown on mixtures of potato starch hydrolysate and sucrose
Pullulan is a natural exopolysaccharide with many useful characteristics. However, pullulan is more costly than other exopolysaccharides, which limits its effective application. The purpose of this study was to adopt a novel mixed-sugar strategy for maximizing pullulan production, mainly using potato starch hydrolysate as a low-cost substrate for liquid-state fermentation by Aureobasidium pullu...

Polygalacturonase is a valuable biocatalyst for several industrial applications. Production of polygalacturonase using the Aureobasidium pullulans stain isolated from Saharan soil of Algeria was investigated. Its capacity to produce polygalacturonase was assessed under submerged culture using tomato pomace as an abundant agro-industrial substrate. Optimization of the medium components, which en...

Background: Members of this genus Aureobasidium are ubiquitous microorganisms which can be isolated from wide ranges of substrates such as plant materials (phyllosphere, plant debris, bark, roots, fruits and wood), soil, dead wood, air, and as rare etiologic agent of pheohyphomycosis, keratomycosis, septicemia, peritoneal sepsis, and dermatological infections in human. Very little is known on t...

Objective(s): Although bacteria and molds are the pioneering microorganisms for production of many enzymes, yet yeasts provide safe and reliable sources of enzymes with applications in food and feed. Materials and Methods: Single xylanase producer yeast was isolated from plant residues based on formation of transparent halo zones on xylan agar plates. The isolate showed much ...
متن کاملBiosynthesis of novel exopolymers by Aureobasidium pullulans.
Aureobasidium pullulans ATCC 42023 was cultured under aerobic conditions with glucose, mannose, and glucose analogs as energy sources. The exopolymer extracts produced under these conditions were composed of glucose and mannose. The molar ratio of glucose to mannose in the exopolymer extract and the molecular weight of the exopolymer varied depending on the energy source and culture time. The g...
